Information You Submit
A third-party search provider receives the name, phone number, or address entered in a search form. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those search terms. If you send us a message, we receive the details you include and use them to answer you.
Automatic Technical Data
Our hosting services create ordinary logs containing an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review aggregate patterns to maintain the site and learn which pages are useful. Cookies or comparable technology may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How We Use Data
Limited visitor data helps us run the service, diagnose faults, count traffic, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor construct individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Los Angeles County and California offices, library collections, and outside search tools. Information submitted after leaving this site is controlled by the destination's policy. The same rule applies to sponsored results supplied by an outside company.
When Data Is Shared
Hosting and support providers process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data already described, and a valid legal demand may require disclosure. We do not otherwise distribute visitor information.
Data Security and Retention
An encrypted connection serves the site, and logs are retained only while needed for the stated purposes. Since no visitor accounts exist, we hold no account password or profile for an intruder to take.
Visitors Under 18
This service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information. Contact us if you believe someone under 18 submitted such data so it can be deleted.
Your California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may provide rights to know, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information. California's Data Broker Registration law appears at Civil Code sections 1798.99.80 through 1798.99.89. We hold very little, but we can check our contact mailbox and server logs for a request made through the Contact page. Public records held by West Hollywood, Los Angeles County, or California remain under the custodian's control, so requests about those records must go to that office.
Policy Changes
Any revision will appear here. Using the site after a new version is posted indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
